2. Can i return the shoe lifts if I don't like them?
-Yes, you have 30 days to return the shoe lifts if they don't meet your expectations and you will be charged back a full refund.

3. Do you only make 1 inch size heels?
-Yes, we have found that any more height in the lift causes your foot to pop out of your shoe. 1 inch is the only safe height and comfortable height.

4. If I don't want to use my credit card can I send a cashiers check or personal check?
-Yes, just e-mail me at serendipitylifts@yahoo.com and I will give you the specific details on where to send the check.

5. What is the shoe lift made out of?
The shoe lift is made out of a very durable and comfortable foam called Polyethylene Foam that will mold to your foot. This is so you won't get blisters you might with stiffer foams.

6. I need the shoe lifts in a hurry for a special event, can you put a rush on them?
Yes, we work with our customers special needs. If you have a special situation, please e-mail me and we will figure out how to get them to you as ASAP at the lowest cost possible.
